My travel planning services are rooted in personal expertise, thoughtful research, and a deep passion for crafting meaningful, memorable experiences.
- Our service rates are listed above and reflect the time and care I personally put into creating personalized travel experiences. For any additional tasks or project management outside the listed offerings, our hourly rate is $115, billed in 15-minute increments.
- All new clients begin with a 30-minute consultation call (billed at our hourly rate) to ensure we understand your travel goals, preferences, and the best next steps for planning your trip. This helps us provide the most thoughtful and efficient support moving forward.
- These services are designed to provide expert guidance and personalized recommendations — not to book or manage travel on your behalf. All bookings are made independently by the client, with support and direction provided throughout the planning process.
- All recommendations are provided based on personal travel experience and insights from online research and trusted industry professionals. While every effort is made to offer accurate, helpful guidance, travel inherently involves unpredictable elements. For this reason, we strongly advise all clients to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
